Target
Most of private genealogical websites simply present family data collected
and arranged by genealogical sofware. This is not my intention.
My final target is to put family data in a context of German political
and social history but also of U.S. history from 19th century immigration
onwards.
But this website can only be a work in progress. History of TeuthornFamily©
will appear here step by step and probably dominate in the beginning.
Actual work consists in collecting data and connected material, arranging
it and trying already short contexts.
It would be marvellous, if from the beginning, all members of family would
participate. The younger ones with questions, the older ones emptying
the treasure rooms of their memories. So the result might be a common
memory of the whole family.
